First Aid for Professional Caregivers is a proven coaching program that blends self-paced learning with live webinar Q&A for a flexible, hybrid experience. How the program is delivered
Your custom program is hosted on UpCoach, an easy-to-use professional coaching platform where learners participate anonymously. I can provide free access to the a demo program so management can experience how the coaching is delivered to your team.

Course content is available online to meet flexible schedules of each staff member. Standard access is two weeks, which gives learners plenty of time to view lessons, complete activities, attend Live or watch the recorded Q&A sessions, and even schedule a one-to-one counseling sessions with Dell.

Every anonymously registered learner receives full access to video lessons, focused discussion boards, polls and surveys, knowledge checks, and downloadable handouts for future reference.

Dell leads a total of four live, one-hour video Q&A sessions twice each week to answer learner-submitted questions and share additional insights. All sessions are recorded and archived in the course library so no one misses critical content.

Online & Flexible Training Format
Courses are online and flexible with two weeks of standard access—ample time for staff to watch lessons, complete activities, join live Q&A or view recordings, and book one-to-one sessions with Dell. Dell hosts four LIVE one-hour Q&A sessions (two per week) to answer learner questions and share practical insights; all sessions are recorded and added to your private course library so all information is captured and shared with the team.  Ready to enroll your team?

Individual Counseling Sessions
Receive a minimum of six hours of private, one‑on‑one video counseling with Dell—available to managers or staff as needed. Need more time? Purchase additional six‑hour blocks at a special bundled rate.

Management Follow‑Up (1 hour)
Finish strong with a private debrief between Dell and management to review anonymous learner activity, discussion highlights, and course feedback.

Certification
Dell partners with Design2Train, a certified TEA‑CPE provider. Complete the course and attend Q&A sessions for staff to qualify for 8 hours of TEA‑CPE credit. Design2Train manages record‑keeping and issues certificates to each learner or directly to your HR department.

Base price starts at $9,500.
Final pricing depends on number of learners, customization level, extra counseling hours, and access duration. After a brief management interview, Dell will prepare a tailored proposal along with all necessary enrollment paperwork.
